Keeping along our panoramic path taking place between 2,000 m and 2,300 m of altitude, we reach the Gebidum Mountain Pass which can be found above the village of Visperterminen which is famous for its vines. Here is where we come across a basin collecting water from an ancient “Bisse” canal known as Eido, which takes its water from a glacier in the Fletschhorn. We come into Nanztal, coasting the “biss” while retaining a panoramic view of the valley and a Fletschhorn rockface. At ObersFulmoos we cross the valley on the other side up until we reach Bistinenpass which is where we can access the Sempione Valley while retaining a view of the Lion Mountain (Monte Leone, whose peak lies at an altitude which is maximal among the peaks of the whole of the Lepontine Alps).
